Career Opportunities: Digital and Technology Governance and PMO Analyst (2137) Are you passionate about governance, risk management, and technology? As the Digital and Technology Governance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting risk management, audit actions, contingent workforce management, and the Digital and Technology Project Management Office (PMO). Your expertise will ensure that our governance and PMO activities are executed seamlessly, contributing to the overall success of our Digital and Technology division. Duties include the below, but are not limited to: Risk and Audit Management: Coordinate risk management activities, monitor and manage Digital and Technology risks and controls, and ensure timely completion of risk mitigation activities. Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit teams to align with corporate standards. Performance Measures: Establish and monitor service level performance measures for the Digital and Technology division, ensuring we meet our targets and continuously improve. Contingent Worker Management: Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding of contract resources, maintain an updated resource master list, and resolve engagement issues. Work closely with panel partners to maintain effective relationships. Project Management Office Support: Assist with maintaining the Digital and Technology delivery framework, manage small-scale projects, and provide administrative support to the PMO team. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in risk management, audit processes, and corporate governance practices. Knowledge of Project Management Office operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work to deadlines. Experience in the energy sector or a related industry.
