Job Description The successful candidate will have: Experience in a casual dining kitchen setting, preferably in a retirement village or similar environment; A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery; Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders; A passion for food safety and quality, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will also have a qualified Food Safety Supervisor certification and experience in managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
