The ideal candidates will oversee high-quality education and care in a long daycare setting, planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs. As an educator in this centre you will: Teach practices that are culturally inclusive of all children. Have continued positive relationships with each child. Maintain confidential, accurate, and updated child and family records. Undertake mandatory reporting in line with Child Protection guidelines and responsibilities. Skills & Experience: An Early Childhood Cert III or Diploma approved qualification A current First Aid Certificate approved by ACECQA that includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate A valid Working with Children Check A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a childcare environment Full working rights in Australia Why work with Tradewind?
