Description $1,000 Sign on Bonus! Base pay $19.53/hr (Could reach as high as $22.76/hr with 7+ years experience and a bachelor's degree) Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday; 11pm-9am $250 bonus for active MAP certification Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts, Webster House, is an off-campus location in Webster, MA, serving co-ed youth ages 6 to 12 in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time possible, usually within a matter of days. Valid MA Drivers License Bachelor's degree or High-school diploma/GED with relevant human services experience required. Previous experience preferred (needed if high school graduate), working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders. Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment. Ability to attend a 2-week orientation, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland, MA.
