Director Business Intelligence & Strategic Analytics Location: Cleveland, Ohio Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Here is an opportunity to join an enterprise client within their Business Insights department in a newly created role. This team is responsible for supporting departments across the business with Business Intelligence Reporting, Insight Generation, and test & learn platform. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical business intelligence experience and has worked within or supporting teams in Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, and more. It is important that a candidate is not just strong with Data Visualization tools, but also can be front facing to executives and drive opportunity. Key Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience, working with data visualization tools such as PowerBi, Tableau, or Microstrategy 3+ years of experience managing a team of 4 direct reports or more Experience measuring ROI on marketing activities, and running test & learn experiments for new initiatives Experience working in Merchandise Planning, FP&A, or DTC Marketing Analytics Extensive experience working with executive stakeholders, identifying valuable opportunities Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Analyst and Strategy/Planning Industries: Restaurants #J-18808-Ljbffr
