Director (Business to Business Solutions) Join to apply for the Director (Business to Business Solutions) role at Department of Transport and Main Roads . In the role of Director (Business to Business Solutions), the objective is to lead a team responsible for various finance and procurement functions relating to the Ariba system and processes such as supplier enablement, the help desk, system administration, and other functions relating to the SAP Ariba system. TMR has recently implemented Ariba to improve the way TMR procures goods and services through the introduction of SAP's market-leading Ariba platform. Key Responsibilities: Leading supplier enablement activities for suppliers using Ariba, ensuring suppliers are provided with support and guidance through their interactions with TMR. Leading the Ariba support function ensuring internal stakeholders are provided with system and process support and guidance in collaboration with the Finance & Procurement Branch process owners. Leading the development and delivery of training on Ariba functionality and new processes to internal and external stakeholders using the system. Managing and mitigating risks relating to the Ariba system and processes of Source to Pay with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring oversight of compliance, monitoring, and reporting activities relating to finance and procurement payment functions. Collaborating and maintaining relationships across the public sector to enable the success of the new team. Actively leading the capability upskill initiatives for the team in preparation for future automation activities. Actively enhancing and promoting Finance and Procurement Branch as a strategic partner to the Director-General and Executive Leadership Team. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
