About you The successful candidate should possess strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of customer service principles, including the NSW Government’s Customer Commitments. The individual will be capable of leading teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services and internal business support. They should continually seek ways to drive positive change for customers and the business, and effectively lead complex projects and operational change initiatives. The ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering within rapid timeframes is essential. About the role As a Director Customer Service, you will lead a cross-functional team of approximately 35 staff, driving customer service and business operations. This includes a contact centre, digital products, grants, community engagement, the Blue Plaques Program, ministerial support, and business administration. This role is focused on transforming business operations, championing customer service, and ensuring that our investments align with government priorities, financial sustainability, and excellent customer service.
