About The Role: Under the direction of the Executive Director, Information Technology Services and Executive Director, Student Instructional Services, in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Ingham Intermediate School District, the Director is responsible for assisting in the daily operation and supervision of systems, services, and staff for Ingham ISD and its partner districts to facilitate the achievement of teaching, learning, and operational goals. Assists in planning and implementing instructional and operational technology that supports and advances the strategic goals of Ingham ISD and our partner districts. Oversees resources for Ingham ISD and partner districts. Directs, mentors, coaches, manages, and supervises staff. Determines staff training and development needs and oversees the development and delivery of opportunities and experiences which enable staff to maintain and enhance skills and capacities to serve. About You: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with an emphasis in management, administration, school leadership, or information technology preferred. A master's degree is preferred. Three to five years of progressively more responsible experience in leadership, supervision, and management is preferred.
