About the opportunity As a member of the Executive Leadership Team reporting directly to the Executive Director, this unique opportunity will see you manage the complementary blend of finance, infrastructure, and information services. Working at a systemic level sharing responsibility for the successful delivery of our Toowoomba Catholic Schools strategic plan, you will promote clarity of direction and messaging, capability growth, and service integration to facilitate the very best educational and faith experiences for all students. About you Hold previous experience in a similar role, with postgraduate qualifications in finance or a related field A strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and a genuine interest in the special nature and needs of Catholic education Extensive operational and team leadership skills, ideally in the education sector Ability to provide high-level, specialist advice and direction in matters related to this role Demonstrated ability as a progressive thinker who can lead and work effectively within a flexible and adaptive organisational culture Proven skills in strategic thinking and policy development and demonstrated success in delivering significant policy outcomes Advanced communication, presentation, and leadership skills Previous experience in driving the integration of advanced technologies to enhance ICT infrastructure and ICT operations The community you will be joining Toowoomba is located 90 minutes’ drive west of Brisbane and boasts being Queensland’s largest and fastest growing inland city.
