Director HR Business Partnering & Organisational Development Commensurate with experience + super + nfp sp Mater Human Resources is looking for a Director HR Business Partnering & Organisational Development to join the team! Reporting to the Executive Director - Human Resources this is a permanent, full-time capacity. This position can be based at any of our locations across Queensland. The Director HR Business Partnering and OD shall manage the human resource business partnering functions and oversee organisational development programs. The Director HR Business Partnering and OD shall apply strategic and tactical human resource leadership with a focus on aligning human resource initiatives with the organisation’s overall strategy, goals and objectives that, reciprocally, guide and influence the Manager and employee experience as Mater People. You will achieve this by: Leverage Human Resources Centre's of Excellence for employee engagement programs and processes. Develop and execute Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives. Act as a strategic leader in the Human Resources senior leadership team. Identify and integrate new approaches to align with business goals. Support major change initiatives with necessary resources. Manage complex projects as required. Partner with internal resources for HR initiatives and programs. Analyse people data to inform decision-making and recommendations. Implement employee growth and development initiatives using talent assessment, succession planning, and learning programs. About you You will have a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources, Business or other related discipline. You will also meet the below criteria: Minimum 10 years of human resources leadership in role(s) that integrated with the business through partnership or representation; ideally in senior generalist role(s); Successful experiencing leading the implementation of initiatives in partnership with business leaders; Design, implementation and/or evaluating programs of work that enhance individual, team and organisational capability. Successful demonstration of skills as a human resources strategic advisor and change agent; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that interpret and transmit knowledge, skills and ideas to specialist and non-specialist audiences; Analytical skills to identify risk and make recommendation for change; Digital technology and Microsoft proficiency.
