You can create a unique and lasting impact on the people in Transport for NSW through leading the development and implementation of strategic people programs to support the delivery of Transport People Strategy outcomes. In this role you'll: As part of the People, Communication & Workplaces enabling division, you will report to the Executive Director Culture & Capability and be an integral part of our newly established Branch Leadership Team. In this critical role you will be accountable for the program implementation of strategic people programs. Some of the work you and your team will be focused on includes: The implementation of enterprise wide initiatives, programs and plans to deliver on the enterprise People Strategy and related strategies and outcomes. This includes the management of end to end projects or programs across the project lifecycle from initiation through to post program/project evaluation. Lead project planning, scheduling and resource allocation for strategic people projects and programs. Management of project and program reporting and governance processes and be the interface between our Culture and Capability and Enterprise Transformation & Change teams. Partnering with internal Centres of Excellence to implement solutions that support the ongoing cultural transformation. Building enterprise wide strategies and programs that support Transport for NSW’s desired people outcomes, support employee engagement, drive workplace behaviours and an inclusive, discrimination and harassment free workplace. You are a tertiary qualified human resources professional looking for an opportunity to apply your experiences to build and deliver a value add culture and capability function. To do this you: Are a strategic thinker and outcomes focused. Understand how to get things done in a government setting. Bring deep experience in a project environment, preferably within the human capital consulting industry or as an internal consultant in large and complex organisations. Have strong experience building a team and growing team maturity and capability. Have demonstrated experience in designing, leading and delivering large scale, enterprise human capital programs. Will possess strong commercial acumen and have experience designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and programs to drive people transformation. Have strong experience dealing with executive stakeholders and the ability to articulate complex concepts and put forward compelling arguments and rationales to all levels and types of audiences.
