Job description: Director, Learning & Organisational Development Significant Senior Leadership role with the People & Culture Business Unit Executive Remuneration Package Wadawurrung/Geelong based opportunity with hybrid working About the opportunity The Director, Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) will lead a team of People & Culture professionals across Organisational Development, Learning & Capability, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Workforce Shaping and Culture. This role is responsible for cultivating strategic relationships and partnerships within a complex operating environment and asserting influence to drive the successful delivery of key L&OD initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping the organisational culture and leadership capabilities across WorkSafe, while leading the design, development and implementation of learning and capability strategies that align with the organisation’s strategic goals. You will partner with and advise various stakeholders to identify and implement innovative and contemporary L&OD solutions that support the delivery of WorkSafe’s strategy. You will ensure the delivery of tailored learning solutions to support current and emerging capability needs for the organisation as well as external stakeholders, including insurance agent partners, employers and the broader workforce across Victoria. You will champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives through the development and delivery of strategies, frameworks, and programs that meet current and future workforce needs. About you To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience across the scope of Learning & Organisational Development, bringing proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary L&OD teams in large and complex organisations. You will have proven ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and use these to influence and implement effective organisation wide capability uplift and drive significant change.
