About the Role As a Director, PCM Transaction Banking, you will be reporting to the State Head Transaction Banking (TB). This role is responsible for sales and origination of Payments and Cash Management (PCM) products and solutions to a portfolio of clients within the relevant Institutional Segment. You will be accountable for growth in the financial performance and business development of the WA portfolio and effective oversight of delivery of all elements of the end-to-end PCM proposition to our clients in that Segment. Role Type: PermanentRole Location: 240 St Georges Terrace, Perth, WA, 6000Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week What will your day look like? Your key responsibilities will include: Transaction Banking Account Management for an existing Institutional portfolio; Lead new to bank PCM growth and pipeline development alongside the Relationship and ANZ Customer Solutions teams; Client specific portfolio and Transaction Banking reviews, delivery of TB Product insight, innovation and solutions; Responding to TB tenders / RFPs; Assisting on live deals and compilation of client pitches. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Excellent communication and relationship building skills (written and verbal). Proven ability in working with others to achieve outcomes. Solid negotiating and influencing skills and strong presentation skills. Client facing experience (in a sales capacity desirable). A knowledge of other transactional products and services sourced by Corporate Treasurers and Finance Managers. Good understanding of Working Capital Management (at both financial and operational levels). Excellent organisational and planning skills. A genuine desire to contribute to the team whilst developing in Transaction Banking. Curiosity to understand various parts of the business and industry developments and apply a customer lens. A desire to continuously understand the newest technology trends in TB. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
