Job Description

As the acting Director, Partnerships and Programs you will lead the management and coordination of two portfolios (First Nations and Early Childhood) to ensure differentiated delivery of services and programs to support children, students, families, and communities across the region. Your Role: Responsibilities include: Promoting inclusive and accessible learning environments by advising school and regional staff on effective cultural capability development. Prioritising First Nations engagement, amplifying their voices within the Department and across agencies, while supporting the participation of all children and students in learning pathways that foster educational success. Championing the importance of the early years in shaping positive outcomes for all children to access quality early learning pathways and engage in positive transitions. Building collaborative relationships with communities and stakeholders and providing high-level advice to executive management. Undertaking ongoing analysis of a wide range of data to enhance service outcomes and ensure the alignment of resources to areas of need. Leading multi-disciplinary teams providing quality services and support to children, students, communities and schools.
