We are One Peninsula Health. What You Will Be Doing We are currently seeking a strategically focused Director People Operations to oversee key functions in our People team. The Director People Operations is central to providing contemporary leadership for the organisation's people and culture strategies. This leadership role will ensure that people and culture initiatives are engaging, collaborative in design and of a high standard to attract, retain and build capabilities of Peninsula Health. The role has accountability for leading the Advisory & Business Partnering, Safety & Wellbeing, and Injury Management teams and supporting the organisational development agenda during a period of change. The incumbent will work with the Executive Director of People, Culture & Governance, and the Executive team to ensure all strategic initiatives are in synergy with the overall direction of the organisation. We anticipate you will have: Successful and proven record as a senior People and Culture leader in a multi-disciplinary role in a health or community services related environment. Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and implement a broad range of contemporary HR, IR and OHS and organisational development strategies, programs, policies and operational practices to successfully support the strategic objectives of the business. Previous experience in managing complex industrial relations matters and change management initiatives. Strong organisational and project management skills, and sound business acumen. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field. Experience within the health industry and/or understanding of Health Industry, Enterprise Agreements and relevant regulations. Sophisticated understanding of industrial relations and strong experience in developing union relationships and IR experience.
