Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About The Role Barwon Health is seeking an experienced leader to drive the development and implementation of payroll, benefits, and HR systems strategies. As a key member of the People and Culture leadership team, you will shape the employee remuneration and benefits experience, support managers, and ensure employer compliance. About You Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Expertise in payroll, benefits, and HR systems implementation. Ability to drive innovation and operational excellence. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
