Director | Residential Development Valuations Brisbane Full time Position Overview Charter Keck Cramer’s Residential Development Valuation group has a unique opportunity for a Director to join their team in Brisbane. This position will undertake development valuations including townhouse, apartment, and mixed-use, in addition to specialised projects. Core Responsibilities Manage existing client relationships to support workflow Compile high-quality Valuation reports Pursuit of client relationships to generate new business Manage and mentor the Residential Development Valuation team Identify risk and maintain compliance with industry standards Promote and market the Charter Keck Cramer brand and Valuation business Position Requirements Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification API Membership and certificate of compliance VRBQ Registration Strong written and verbal communication skills Concern for high-quality standards and a strong attention to detail Excellent work organisation and ability to meet deadlines If you are an experienced Director seeking a new challenge or an Associate Director ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
