Director, Resource Forecasting and FulfilmentFull-time Permanent Details : Digital, Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Director, Resource Forecasting and Fulfilment within DDTS. The Director, Resource Forecasting and Fulfilment is responsible for the management of the overall human resource capacity planning for new work, and inflight projects/programs across the DDTS portfolio of work. They work in collaboration with the respective project/program managers, resource managers, hiring managers and recruitment. The ideal candidate has experience in project planning, scheduling and resource management gained from working in projects, programs and/or portfolios in an ICT environment. This is a specialised role and works within a small multi-disciplinary team supporting a portfolio of over 200 inflight projects across a spectrum of directorates, project types and delivery methods. The Director is also expected to have strong skills in Microsoft Project and be able to provide support and advice on effective schedule management including critical path analysis, dependency management and risk-based delivery trade-offs to project/program managers. Eligibility/ Other Requirements: The following is a mandatory requirement for the position: Tertiary level qualifications and/or certification in Project Management. These include one or more of: Diploma of Project Management, PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Foundation. An ACT Government CMTEDD issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate is required for this position and will form part of the pre-employment process prior to commencement. Note: A merit pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This role has flexible working options that include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT. The role does require in office attendance in Gungahlin for a minimum of one day per week. Please note, this position works in an activity-based working (ABW) arrangement. Under this arrangement, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
