Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing and Admissions to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic direction, management and growth of marketing and student recruitment and admissions activities. Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive growth and distinguish the university from competitors. Strategically liaise with and maintain relationships with university partners, agents, and internal and external clients. Lead and be responsible for profitable marketing and student recruitment outcomes based on market strategies, research, and the overall marketing plan. Drive strategy for digital marketing and promotional material in conjunction with relevant teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory framework for marketing, sales, and admissions operations. Manage financial aspects of marketing, agent monitoring, and reporting. Collaborate with University and Navitas marketing teams and other Directors for a common strategic approach. Admissions: Ensure efficient and effective operation of admissions processes relevant to the campus. Achieve admission and enrollment targets by leading the Admissions & Recruitment function. Continuously improve the Admissions & Recruitment function for efficient services and turnaround times. Analyze recruitment data to measure achievements and inform strategic decision-making. Monitor regulatory changes related to student visa requirements and inform relevant employees. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Marketing. Successful track record of sales and development and maintenance of a network of contacts in the international education market. Demonstrated experience in the development and management of strategic / operational planning and budgets to achieve successful, cost-effective outcomes. Proven ability to apply commercial rigour and business acumen to decision-making. Strong track record in executing conversion and retention strategies through a CRM and lead management automation tool. Demonstrated sales skills and appropriate knowledge of the business environment and applications for the company’s products and services. Ability to work in a team both as leader and member to inspire team members to explore and engage in all avenues of marketing and student recruitment. Experience working in the private international education sector. Successful work experience in a multi-cultural environment.
