Position: Director of Marketing and Communications Location: Sydney Salary: $120,000 Are you ready to lead the marketing and communication efforts of a prestigious 5-star hotel with over 400 rooms? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to join an established leadership team. Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of digital marketing, public relations, and brand communication to ensure cohesive and strategic messaging. Oversee a team of 5 direct reports, driving initiatives across marketing, social media, PR, and digital platforms. Manage all advertising campaigns, social media presence, and content creation to elevate the hotel’s brand visibility. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance guest engagement and drive bookings. Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives and hotel positioning in the luxury hospitality market. Collaborate with internal departments to support promotional campaigns, events, and guest relations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or Communications within the luxury hotel or hospitality sector. Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content strategy. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Demonstrated success in increasing brand awareness and driving revenue through targeted marketing strategies. Strong communication, project management, and creative thinking skills. Why Join?
