Embark on a DMS locum experience amid the coastal beauty of Hervey Bay/Maryborough in QLD, where the tranquil beach lifestyle complements the sun-filled days. The Position As the Director of Medical Services for Hervey Bay/Maryborough Hospitals, you'll be part of leading the health service to deliver high-quality medical services. Beyond administrative duties, this role entails dynamic leadership, close collaboration with medical staff, and a strategic approach to achieving hospital-wide excellence. Your responsibilities include managing and administering medical services, ensuring excellent patient care, offering strategic counsel to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and nurturing a positive workplace culture with effective communication. Dates Available 28th April to 28th July 2024, with a possible 3-month extension.
