Job Description The role of Senior HR Specialist - Time and Attendance is responsible for driving time & pay practice standardisation, automation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the team. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out audit checks on a monthly basis Processing multiple time/attendance and associated activity in line with monthly timelines Improving and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Leading the change management of newly implemented processes on sites or as applicable Responsible for the successful evaluation, creation, implementation, and execution of time solutions in accordance with paid time off and pay practices and policies Leadership, development, and performance management of the HR Time & Attendance Specialist roles Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of UKG Pro Timekeeper and other HR systems, with SAP/SuccessFactors experience being a bonus.
