Your Mission: As a Product Leader at ResMed, ensure that we (in this order): 1) build the right thing; 2) build it right; and 3) build it fast. You'll be the driving force behind our innovative breathing health product line (Astral, Stellar, Lumis), acting as the bridge between our customers, service teams, engineering experts, and business stakeholders. You'll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, turning bold ideas into market-leading solutions. You are responsible for ensuring our dedicated, multidisciplinary teams (our Product Teams) are autonomous to deliver AND accountable to these outcomes. You are responsible for turning strategy into real results and are empowered to do so. What You'll Do: Champion the User: Become a relentless advocate for our users, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into exceptional product experiences. Shape the Future: Anticipate industry trends, navigate complex markets, and drive innovation that keeps ResMed at the forefront of respiratory care.
