We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and lead our trade promotion initiative. Role Overview: As Director of Trade Promotion, you will hold the most senior position within the trade promotion sector of Cartwright Company, overseeing all aspects of this rapidly expanding division. You will oversee the management, negotiation, and execution of all projects and trade promotion deals. Acting as a key liaison between Cartwright Company and our stakeholders, you will ensure all projects are executed seamlessly while cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strategic negotiation capabilities, and a talent for building and maintaining stakeholder trust. In this role, you will take direct responsibility for onboarding new companies into our promotions and discount portal, managing these relationships, and ensuring long-term success. This includes forging and maintaining paid partnerships with some of Australia’s largest caravan and vehicle manufacturers. You will be tasked with building strong relationships and negotiating impactful deals that align with Cartwright Company’s vision. You will also manage the budget and oversee project delivery for all builds and initiatives featured in our monthly trade promotions. This role demands a high level of confidence and competence in managing large-scale projects, substantial budgets, and tight schedules. You will be responsible for the overall coordination of the trade promotions and the Cartwright Company platform, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Marketing and Apparel Design Directors to align efforts and drive the cohesive growth of Cartwright Company, a young but extraordinarily fast-growing business. Together, you will continue to create the biggest and best touring packages available, solidifying Cartwright Company as a leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and manage all custom builds and trade promotion projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders within the trade promotion sector, fostering strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication. Negotiation: Lead all negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure mutually beneficial deals and agreements. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement trade promotion strategies to maximise exposure, drive sales, and strengthen the Cartwright Company brand. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure all trade promotions align with company goals and customer expectations. Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of trade promotions, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements. Budget Management: Manage budgets related to trade promotions, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
