Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr About the job We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Director to drive new business origination and develop a distinguished client base within the HNW and UHNW segments. The Director will play a pivotal role in expanding HTL Private Office’s market presence, leveraging partnerships and collaborating across the HTL Group to deliver holistic financial solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with a deep network, proven business acumen, and a passion for client service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Origination: Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the HNW and UHNW segments, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and tailored financial advice across consumer, commercial, and corporate banking, as well as investment and advisory services. Partnership Management: Develop and leverage partnerships with other professionals, including wealth managers, accountants, and the broader HTL Group, to drive referral-based business and expand the client base. Relationship Management with Lenders & Banks: Build and manage strong relationships with lenders, major banks, and Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring favorable terms and optimal outcomes for clients. Act as the main point of contact for these key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and service delivery. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to ensure a proactive approach in client advisory and business development strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with HTL Private Office colleagues and cross-functional teams within the HTL Group to ensure seamless delivery of integrated financial services for clients. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in business origination and client relationship management within HNW and UHNW segments. Expertise in consumer, commercial, and corporate banking, as well as investment advisory, is essential. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications or equivalent industry experience are highly regarded. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, client advisory, and portfolio structuring; thorough understanding of diverse banking and investment products. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to act as a self-starter, develop innovative business approaches, and drive growth in a competitive market.
