Job Description
Disability Support Worker - (Complex Neurodegenerative Disease Specialist Team) Our client has Younger Onset Dementia and is discharging from hospital. We are looking to establish a passionate and experienced team who are going to be able to work with us to ensure she discharges safely from hospital back into the community. What we are looking for Experience working with clients with Neurodegenerative diseases such as Dementia. Passionate, Caring and Driven Disability Support Workers. Experienced with clinically complex clients. Experienced with Acquired Brain Injuries and Dementia. Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable. You embody our ethos of Dignity, Respect, Individualised, Visionary and Engaging. You are dedicated to providing high quality care. A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities. You have or can obtain the following:Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card First Aid and CPR Certificate Driver’s License Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance Benefits and Salary Flexible working hours and option to choose your own availability.
