As our Dispatch Manager in Albury, you’ll lead a dedicated team handling critical logistics functions. Oversee and coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatching. Plan and manage driver schedules and delivery routes. Supervise and motivate warehouse and driver teams. Receipting stock and administration. Ensure all orders are accurate, high-quality, and dispatched on time. Handle truck loading and unloading, with a focus on safety. Perform and manage inventory cycle counts & stock-takes. Maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment. Lead continuous improvements in warehouse processes and efficiency. What You Bring to the Table Valid Forklift Licence (LF). Experience in warehouse, logistics, or transport operations. Managing teams experience. Strong administration and computer skills (e.g., inventory systems). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and lead a team with confidence. Commitment to safe work practices. Familiarity with the cabinet-making or joinery industry. No weekend work—Monday to Friday only! Ongoing training and career development.
