South West Hospital and Health Service has an exciting opportunity for a District Senior Dental Assistant to lead and mentor our team. Join us in building better health in the bush! Provide high level policy and practice advice and assistance on Dental Assistant related issues to oral health staff and Management within the South West Hospital and Health Service. The position provides operational management, leadership, support and contributory responsibility for improving and upgrading the quality of work standards and practices of Dental Assistants in accordance to organisational goals, working at an advanced level as a Senior Dental Assistant in a multidisciplinary team to provide a high standard of dental assisting knowledge, skills and practice, both clinical and administrative, to dental clinicians in the treatment of clients in a variety of work areas including hospital, community health and school program settings.
