About the Opportunity Our Chief Medical Officer has created an opportunity for a Doctor and Clinical Governance Administrator to join our team at Qscan Group. This essential position provides a dual service to our Doctors by acting as a secretariat at times, managing a range of clinical learning initiatives and ensuring changes are updated and shared with the Doctor network. Reporting to the Chief Medical Office Manager, this position would be highly suited to someone with a medical background and previous experience partnering with doctors. Our team is dedicated to supporting our stakeholders across Qscan Group, some travel to clinics may be required as a part of this position. This position is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis in our Clayfield Support Office. We offer hybrid working arrangements and there is street parking available, with the train station a short walk away. Key Responsibilities: Develop, deliver, and manage Qscan’s medical fellowship programs. Coordinate the annual Doctor Mentoring Program and oversee and provide guidance on Clinical Learning Modules. Organise national CPD events for Radiologists and track engagement to provide insights and recommendations to leadership teams. Serve as the secretariat for the Clinical Governance and Quality Committee and support related governance activities. Ensure compliance with clinical and corporate governance standards through monitoring and audits. Maintain open communication and manage relationships with Doctors, internal stakeholders and external vendors as required. About You Ideally, you have a passion for providing support to and working with medical practitioners, with the ability to engage and be personable with those you partner with. In addition, we are looking for: Previous experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Experience working with medical stakeholders to develop practical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Keen attention to detail and an understanding of business objectives and how to achieve them. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
