About the Role The Documentation Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of lending contracts for large Institutional, Corporate, & Commercial customers. You will work closely with relationship teams and internal lawyers to ensure contracts are prepared in accordance with ANZ’s credit, product, and legal guidelines. Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: Multiple Permanent, Full-time opportunities What will your day look like? As a Documentation Analyst, you will be accountable for: Accurate and timely preparation of lending contracts, ensuring they are consistent with credit, product & legal guidelines. Building and maintaining good collaborative working relationships with relevant stakeholders. Contributing to a collaborative and high performing team environment. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Experience in contract preparation or legal services is highly regarded (i.e. as a paralegal). Understanding of credit process and lending principles. Knowledge/understanding of ANZ loan products and systems. Demonstrated ability to deliver superior service and meet competing demands. Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and manage time & priorities. Experience in developing, building, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. Adaptable and flexible to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity. You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
