Faircloth & Reynolds is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Domestic Air Conditioning Installation Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to lead a dynamic installation team and contribute to the success of our growing business. About the Position: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential air conditioning installations, from initial customer enquiries and quoting through to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and within budget. You will lead a team of tradespeople and apprentices, manage schedules, liaise with customers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. About You: You will have a strong background in residential air conditioning installation and management, with proven leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. Your ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of quality will be essential in this role. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in managing residential air conditioning installations. Residential air conditioning quoting experience including site measures and system selections. Strong technical knowledge of various air conditioning systems. Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Essential Licences & Qualifications: Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Current Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Supervisors Licence or equivalent. Current ARC licence or equivalent. Other relevant industry certifications and/or licences. Valid driver's licence. Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the industry.
