A Day in the Life of a Home Assistant What your day could look like: Basic or spring cleaning Laundry, ironing, tidying and organising Running errands and preparing simple meals Caring for plants and walking pets Providing friendly check-ins or sharing a story over a cup of tea What You’ll Bring to the Role: This work is perfect for you if you: Have an eye for detail and love keeping things in order Are naturally caring and notice the little things Take pride in being reliable and thoughtful Have experience in service, caregiving, or simply enjoy helping others The Perks: $50–$60 per hour – Highest rates in the industry Flexibility – Build your schedule, visit regular clients weekly or fortnightly, and easily fill empty slots with once-off or temporary jobs Batch your Jobs – Work within 30 km of the CBD No need for supplies – Clients provide everything Work solo or as a pair – Think: a friend or family member Time off when needed – We’ll arrange a temporary cover for you Ongoing support – Our Crew Care team have been in your shoes will support you for success What You’ll Need to Get Started: ABN, Public Liability Insurance, and a recent Police Check Reliable transport So, if you're someone who genuinely believes in the power of small kindnesses and wants to be part of our clients’ stories, we should talk.
