Their extensive experience and dedication to producing high-quality cabinetry tailored to each client’s unique needs have earned them a solid reputation in the residential, commercial, and bespoke project spaces.Their commitment to excellence ensures their work emphasizes the beauty of the natural, handmade, and bespoke, while all products are crafted locally, allowing for exceptional turnaround times and limit inconvenience to their clients.The Role: As the company looks to expand their team for the new year, a position for a draftsperson/project manager has become available. In this dual role, you will: Utilize Microvellum software to create detailed drawings and designs for custom cabinetry in new homes, renovations, and shop and office fit-outs. Oversee the project from conception to completion, including managing procurements, scheduling, site measures, and other on-site developments, to ensure the project meets deadlines, budget, and quality standards. Liase with the company director, remote drafters, and other departments, including the site-installation team. About you: To be successful in these roles, you will have: A background in cabinet making. Experience in understanding and basic drafting using Microvellum software or equivalent. Project Management knowledge including procurement, scheduling, site measures, and quality control. A focus on delivering exceptional results and maintaining client satisfaction. A willingness to learn, as there will be extensive training and guidance provided. What's in it for you?
