Driller's Assistant - Emerald Central Highlands Coal Driller's Assistant position available with a 9 on 9 off roster for long-term work at a QLD coal mine. Requirements: HR Truck Licence (Unrestricted gearbox preferred, but applicants without it who are willing to obtain their truck licence will be considered). Responsibilities: Support Senior Driller with coal drilling operations. Manual handling and rod loading operations. Assist with drilling equipment and safety requirements. Industry inductions and relevant training will be provided for the successful candidate. Note: Once selected from an initial interview, an employee application process must be completed before employment is confirmed. Applicants are required to undergo a client site induction process and a full coal board medical for the pre-employment process, which includes a full medical examination with drug and alcohol testing. Ongoing medical reviews and drug and alcohol testing will be conducted as part of employment.
