Engage and connect with customers, ensuring they are excited about the brand and products. Provide exceptional service and establish meaningful rapport with customers and retail partners. Maintain high standards of visual excellence for the Shiseido and Drunk Elephant space. Nurture relationships between Shiseido group and retail partners in store. Develop knowledge about skincare and beauty, being proactive and target driven. Participate in world-class training to enhance product, sales, and service skills. PROFILE Ability to work and drive a team to achieve a sales target in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple brands. Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, area manager, and retail partners. Organized and methodical, able to recognize business opportunities. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver brand message and exceptional customer experience. Committed to excellence in service and standards. Management experience or retail sales experience in beauty retail industry desirable. Alignment with the group’s “Trust8” working principles.
