At Pullman Palm Cove , you’ll lead and mentor a dedicated team, ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and overall satisfaction, and manage operations to maximise revenue opportunities. At Pullman Port Douglas , you’ll guide the team, optimise guest satisfaction, and contribute to the management of luxurious experiences for both leisure and corporate guests. As our next Duty Manager, you will: Assist in leading the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across the front office. Mentor and guide the Front Office team, fostering their growth and skill development in a supportive environment. Collaborate with guests, addressing their needs and resolving any challenges that arise promptly and professionally. Contribute to roster planning, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts and peak periods. Bring authenticity and a positive energy to every shift, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members. As our next Front Office Manager you will: Lead the Front Office team, ensuring high service standards and seamless guest experiences. Handle guest and owner concerns effectively, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. Manage reservations and revenue strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability. Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth room turnarounds and guest satisfaction. Train, mentor, and support Front Office team members to uphold service excellence. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and company policies while fostering a positive team culture. As our next Operations Manager, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments. Handle guest and owner complaints promptly and professionally, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders. Provide leadership and support to department heads and frontline teams, ensuring high service standards. Assist the General Manager in revenue management, owner relations, and strategic business planning. Implement and monitor revenue strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and financial performance. Act as General Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity in operations and decision-making. Qualifications & Experience (Applicable to All Roles) Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, managing operations and guest services. Strong ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with both guests and team members. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor staff, ensuring consistent performance and development. Experience in strategic business planning, revenue management, and budget control. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a focus on maximising productivity and guest satisfaction.
