Under the direction and guidance of the Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office whilst on duty, including (but not limited to) Reception and Concierge/Porter services to deliver a unique guest experience that brings the brand to life. What we need from you Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration and four years’ guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Full working rights in Australia. First aid and basic CPR certification. A NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. What we offer We give our people everything they need to succeed.
