About the Role We’re on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to help lead our team. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a supportive and creative environment for the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments and has a passion for hospitality. We’re looking for a natural leader who can inspire, develop, and motivate their team while adapting to the evolving needs of the business. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences. Expertise in cocktail preparation and barista skills . Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills and a team-first mindset. A flair for fostering a positive workplace culture and building strong team relationships. Creativity and the ability to introduce innovative ideas to enhance the venue’s offerings. A genuine passion for mentoring and developing people. Current RSA and RCG certifications (required).
