Fantastic opportunity to join a leading business solutions company Central CBD Office Locations Fusion5 is in an exciting time of growth and we are looking for a talented and engaging Solution Architect to join our exceptional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform team in Australia.We’re looking for someone who enjoys engaging with new customers, listening to customer requirements and pain points, using their insight to design and create what customers need, and caring about customer engagement and Fusion5’s reputation. It’s a unique opportunity to architect CRM and Power Platform solutions that drive real change in our customers’ businesses.We need a strong player who brings the following: Strong previous CRM and Power Platform background with the capability to message the value proposition unique for each customer engagement and industry Ability to quickly learn a customer’s business and applications complementary to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in order to be able to define, scope and specify solutions consistent with ‘best practices’ and ‘fit for purpose’ principles in the Power Platform Experience delivering high quality customised presentations to ‘C’ level and subject matter experts, demonstrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform product features/benefits, helping customers understand how the solution will meet their needs Proven ability to engage customers with strong presentation and demonstration skills Deep knowledge of how the Power Platform works and which components are most suited to which purpose, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and the first party Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications Ability to write quality solution responses across all levels of detail, from sales proposals and RFI/RFP responses down to detailed designs for developers to execute on Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investments. You will have: 7+ years’ experience in solution consulting with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform Strong operational or technical background with the capability to operate at the highest level whilst understanding and influencing the detail Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude and who will want to be a constant learner of new solutions and new release material Understanding of the breadth of capability across the Microsoft suite of Business Applications, Azure Platform, and Modern Work Ability to work with strong stakeholders, articulate outcomes / design decisions that deliver valuable insights based on the solution architecture Experience designing, developing, costing and integrating services/applications Strong business acumen and an ability to drive clear and tangible business outcomes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must Understanding and desire to align to high-performing teams delivering across a variety of methodologies Proven experience in developing design documents expressing complex architectures, including data models, solution blueprints, application landscapes, capability frameworks, and more. It’ll help if you have: Experience in designs aligned to TOGAF or other architecture frameworks Experience designing integrations with ERP systems, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations via dual-write Experience working with a variety of integration platforms, such as Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, etc. About Fusion5 Fusion5 provides business solutions that add real commercial value to our customers.
