About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated E-Commerce Associate to join our team. This is an administrative role with a strong fashion focus, offering exciting growth opportunities and exclusive perks. You'll be working closely with luxury fashion boutiques across Europe, placing orders, updating tracking numbers, printing shipping labels, and keeping global retailers informed about their shipments. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for high-end fashion. Why You’ll Love This Role: Work with luxury fashion brands across Europe Exclusive access to designer fashion at cost price Growth opportunities, including potential company shares after key milestones Be part of an exciting, fast-moving global fashion company Key Responsibilities Order & Logistics Management Place and manage orders with luxury fashion boutiques across Europe Ensure smooth logistics and order fulfillment Upload tracking numbers and monitor shipments Print shipping labels and coordinate deliveries Retailer & Customer Support Communicate with retailers worldwide to keep them updated Resolve any shipping or order-related inquiries Provide exceptional service through email and chat Returns & Inventory Coordination Process returns and exchanges efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records General Admin & Team Support Assist with data entry and administrative tasks Maintain brand consistency in all communications Who You Are Required Skills & Experience: At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service A Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, fashion, or a related field Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus!) Must have working rights in Australia Bonus Points If You Have: A passion for luxury fashion and current trends Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and e-commerce platforms Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask A proactive, positive attitude and a keen eye for detail The Ideal Candidate You’re a fashion lover who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
