The Role: Co-Manage Directors Diary Manage full listing to settlement and post-settlement process Managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clientele Fast-paced role! Great culture & vibrant team environment Prepare for listing presentations & market analysis research Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties Consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale Great incentives & bonus! You will be ambitious, energetic & strive for excellence Must have similar experience in an EA/ PA/ Sales Coordinator role within Real Estate or Property High attention to detail & great time management skills Must hold a Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate Licence Required to have a current driver's licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
