As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of the Executive Manager's day-to-day operations, taking charge of their schedule, crafting impactful reports and presentations, arranging seamless travel plans, and managing sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion. The role is a full-time opportunity located at our Tweed Heads office, or our Coolangatta office as needed. Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Conduct research, compile information, and assist in the preparation of funding submissions and business plans. Actively participate in projects, managing various registers and contributing to presentations. Administer activities for the Senior Leadership Team providing secretarial support for committees and meetings as necessary. About you: Minimum three years' experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience writing quality documentation, briefings, submissions, and correspondence. Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. Great time management and organisation skills. Proven results meeting performance requirements.
