Responsibilities This dual role combines elements of both personal and professional assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's business and personal life. The PA/EA is responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing schedules and communications to organising travel and handling confidential matters. You will also work closely with the HR Manager and the Operations Lead. Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Prioritise conflicting schedules and ensure timely preparation for meetings, conferences, and travel. Correspondence & Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; screen, prioritise, and respond when necessary. Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications. Document Preparation & Management: Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain organised records of communications, documents, and projects. Personal Errands & Task Management: Assist with personal errands, including bills, shopping, scheduling personal appointments, and handling day-to-day household tasks. Travel Coordination: Plan, book, and manage both personal and business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car services). Create detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel logistics for both work and leisure trips. Office Coordination: Reception duties, greeting guests and managing parcel deliveries when required. Ensure a positive and clean office environment for all. Project Management: Assist in managing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring completion of tasks. Conduct research and compile information for decision-making or project-related tasks. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle all tasks and communications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring that sensitive information is managed appropriately. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry is highly regarded. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric, hardworking, detail-oriented with a can-do attitude. Strong time management skills and ability to research using creative methods. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). The ideal PA/EA will be a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful individual who excels in both business and personal environments. This role requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and anticipate the needs of the employer.
