Role: FileNet Developer Salary Range: AUD 90,243 - 98,861 (Annual Gross) Location: Sydney Short Description: As a FileNet Developer, you should have hands-on development experience in FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, IBM Enterprise Records Manager, and good Java programming. 4+ years of IT industry experience, including 4+ years in IBM Records Manager and FileNet as a Developer, Designer, and Architect. Capable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM FileNet solution. Experience in Records Management with strong exposure in Archival and Retrieval. Working experience in Agile methodology. Skills: IBM FileNet P8 - Expert level. Java/J2EE - Advanced, Spring - Advanced, Junit - Advanced, iBatis/Hibernate - Intermediate. Additional Skill: WebSphere. Strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs is a must. Strong consulting and communication skills. Responsibilities: Experience in configuring, designing, and developing on FileNet, especially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced development model. Participate in design meetings and decisions. Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet. Develop system monitoring tools. Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities. Work on estimation and sizing for new proposals. Willing to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP. Additional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
