Key Responsibilities Marketing & Digital Social Media Management: Schedule social media posts and stories via Later. Email Marketing: Create and schedule EDMs in Klaviyo. Content Creation: Design creative assets in Canva for ads, emails, and social media. Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for socials, EDMs, and advertisements. Reel Production: Brief and create engaging video content for social platforms. Influencer Collaborations: Conduct influencer outreach and coordinate gifting initiatives. Launch Strategy: Work closely with the Creative Director on collection launches. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. E-Commerce Management Shopify Management: Oversee website updates and product listings. Product Data Entry: Input SKUs, barcodes, pricing, sizing, and stock details into Shopify, including multi-currency pricing. Visual Merchandising: Upload and manage e-commerce imagery and homepage design per drop. Promotions & Discounts: Create and manage discount codes. Custom Orders: Handle PR, wholesale, and special orders efficiently. Logistics & Operations Wholesale Order Fulfillment: Track major orders and ensure timely shipping. Shipping Coordination: Maintain updated shipping guidelines and liaise with freight forwarders for all shipments. Shipping Documentation: Prepare necessary documents and book DHL shipments via agents. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Communicate with warehouses on stock, orders, and returns. Wholesale Support: Provide product data, collection imagery, and shipping information for wholesale customers. Stock Management: Assist in managing old stock with third-party sales platforms. Factory Coordination: Cross-check factory orders and inventory. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
