Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.Our projects business unit is proven in multi-disciplinary project delivery, with capabilities for delivering Brownfields and Greenfield CAPEX or OPEX work packages. We have a proven track record of successfully completing a high volume of project packages for our Blue Chip mining client base. From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of projects works including, remedial works, capital works and expansion projects.THE ROLE Due to continued growth in our Projects Business Unit, we are currently seeking E&I Project Engineers to join our existing team in a hybrid role working from our Perth CBD Head Office as well as FIFO on site. As an E&I Project Engineer you will be responsible for: Detailing and documenting all phases of projects Planning all materials and ensuring optimal utilisation of all resources Preparation of detailed work packs Assisting with project plans, schedules and reporting Identify, investigate, record, monitor and report on actions, resolutions, and costs of identified vendor NCRs Ensuring all variations to scope and or specifications are approved, documented and claims maximised without adversely affecting the client relationship Reviewing completed site quality documentation and compiling close out documentations Ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with client and statutory quality and safety requirements Monitoring and managing Electrical Quality and Statutory Documentation and Systems Conducting regular audits on electrical activities ABOUT YOU To be considered you will have the following:Electrical Engineering Degree Strong knowledge of engineering design concepts and practices Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera 6 Comprehensive understanding of electrical construction Previous fixed plant mining or other industrial construction project experience Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels Efficiency at diagnosing and resolving design and functional issues arising during construction Ability to deliver high quality work under strict deadlines IN RETURN You will be joining an existing team that will give you the onboarding and training to create a successful career with Linkforce.
