Must be an Australian Citizen Duration: 12-Month ContractWork Arrangement: HybridHourly Rates: $60.26/hour + SuperLocation: GeelongYour new role The EL1 Business Analyst (Labour Hire) is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and, where required, will represent and negotiate on behalf of the department to advance the department's interests across a range of forums.Accountabilities Identifying and documenting current business processes to create baseline understanding of current situation and processes. Creating and facilitating process design improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis. Providing program/stream level analysis and producing required analysis documentation. Providing expertise and supporting the Product Owner to elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps with the input from SMEs. Providing assistance to Product Owner with the use of internal systems. Evaluating effectiveness of proposed solutions and design. Leading transition of business requirements over to build teams for development. Supporting verification testing of the built solution to ensure alignment to business requirements.
