This organization is dedicated to enhancing patient care through the successful implementation of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system across different sites. Position Overview: The EMR Trainer will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of the EMR project, ensuring that staff are well-equipped to utilize the new system effectively. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of healthcare processes, and a passion for training and development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging training programs for hospital staff on the EMR system. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and customize training materials. Facilitate both group and one-on-one training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding. Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness. Maintain up-to-date training documentation and resources. Support the implementation team by providing insights and recommendations based on training experiences. Qualifications: Experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with exposure to EMR systems. Knowledge and experience in health-related metrics & reporting and clinical documentation / orders processes. Proven training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
