Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Assist with financial planning, audit preparation, and risk management. Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance. Support process improvements and system enhancements. The Ideal Candidate: Education: Business/Commerce degree with an Accounting major (CA or equivalent desirable). Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role with hands-on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance experience. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement. High attention to detail with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Committed to ongoing professional development.
