We have a number of clients talking positively about a bigger year in 2025 with new projects kicking off and growth forecasted. IAM/PAM has been a key focal point in recent times as organisations look to maximise both the security and efficiency benefit these systems can provide. With this in mind, we are looking to familiarise ourselves with experienced cyber security IAM/PAM engineers who are considering a change in 2025. We want to know more about what drives you, your goals, and the kind of opportunities you are seeking that will help you achieve these. Our clients range in industry from financial services, resources, utilities, government, defence, consulting, and more, and we work across both permanent full-time and contracting roles. The Kind of Experience You Already Have: 2-10 years in an IAM/PAM engineering role Experience with IAM/PAM implementations, migrations, and upgrades (we see more projects-based requirements than operational) Worked using one or more of the following: SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra (Azure AD), Okta, Saviynt, Ping (ForgeRock), Delinea, etc. Knowledge and understanding of IAM technologies and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). History implementing IAM controls in line with regulatory and security framework requirements. Experience in large, complex, enterprise environments is favoured. Security clearances will be highly regarded.
